Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects the security, reliability and legality of the Dushnex Logistics platform for every customer. It applies to all users, integrations and API traffic.

1. Prohibited content
- Unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive or fraudulent material.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or trade secrets.
- Malware, ransomware, exploit code or credential-harvesting material.
- Personal data collected without a lawful basis, and special-category data uploaded into free-text fields.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of our systems without written authorisation.
- Circumventing authentication, rate limits, plan limits or billing controls.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam through platform notifications.
- Reverse engineering, scraping or reselling the Services or their output.
- Using the platform to facilitate sanctions evasion, smuggling, or shipments prohibited by export control law.
3. Fair use of resources
API traffic must respect published rate limits and retry with exponential backoff. Bulk imports should run in batches and outside peak hours where possible. Storage and message volumes must remain within your plan allowance; sustained excess may be throttled or invoiced as overage after notice.
4. Security responsibilities
- Enable multi-factor authentication for every user with administrative rights.
- Remove access promptly when a colleague leaves your organisation.
- Report suspected compromise to security@dushnexlogistics.tech without delay.
5. Enforcement
We investigate reported violations and prefer to resolve them with notice and a remediation window. Where a violation creates an immediate risk to the platform, other customers or the public, we may suspend access first and notify you afterwards. Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination without refund, and unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected misuse to abuse@dushnexlogistics.tech with as much detail as possible. Reports are acknowledged within one business day.
