Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Dushnex Logistics collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights available to you.

1. Who we are

Dushnex Logistics Private Limited. ("Dushnex Logistics") is the controller of personal data collected through our websites and marketing activity, and the processor of personal data that our customers upload into the platform. For platform data, our customer is the controller and this policy is supplemented by the data processing agreement in place with them.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, work email, phone number, job title, company, country.
  • Operational data: shipment, booking, customs, invoice and document records you enter or import.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device type, browser, approximate location from IP.
  • Support data: messages, attachments and call notes you share with our team.
  • Billing data: billing contact, address and invoice history. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.

3. How we use data

  • Providing, securing and improving the Services.
  • Authenticating users and preventing fraud or abuse.
  • Responding to support requests and sending service notices.
  • Sending product and marketing communications where permitted, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
  • Meeting accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering the Services), legitimate interests (product security, improvement and B2B marketing), consent (non-essential cookies and certain communications), and legal obligation (financial records).

5. Sharing and sub-processors

We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer operational data to train third-party AI models. We share data only with vetted sub-processors that support hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments and support, each bound by written data protection terms. A current sub-processor list is available on request.

We may disclose data where required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify affected customers.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Transfers out of the EEA and UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional technical safeguards such as encryption in transit and at rest. Regional data residency options are available for eligible plans.

7. Retention

  • Account and operational data: for the life of the subscription plus 30 days.
  • Backups: rolled off within 90 days.
  • Invoices and tax records: retained for the period required by law, typically seven years.
  • Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.

8. Your rights

Subject to local law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@dushnexlogistics.tech and we will respond within 30 days. If we act as a processor, we will forward your request to the relevant customer. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

We apply TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access control, enforced MFA for staff, continuous monitoring and annual third-party penetration testing. See our Security page for details.

10. Children

The Services are intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
