Cookies Policy
This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on dushnexlogistics.tech and inside the Dushnex Logistics application, and how you can control them.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use local storage and pixel tags, which work in a similar way. Together we refer to these as "cookies".
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: session, authentication, load balancing and security tokens. These cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.
- Preferences: remember language, timezone, dismissed banners and interface layout choices.
- Analytics: aggregate page views, feature usage and performance timings so we can improve the product.
- Marketing: measure campaign effectiveness and limit how often you see the same message. Set only with your consent where required.
3. Typical lifespans
- Session cookies expire when you close the browser.
- Authentication cookies persist up to 30 days unless you sign out.
- Preference cookies persist up to 12 months.
- Analytics identifiers persist up to 13 months.
4. Managing your choices
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the consent banner, and change your decision at any time by clearing site data and reloading the page. All major browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their privacy settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login and core functionality from working.
Most browsers support a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no agreed standard for how sites should respond, we do not alter behaviour based on that signal, but we honour recorded consent choices.
5. Third parties
Some cookies are set by providers who help us run analytics, support chat and email delivery. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and may not use the data for their own advertising purposes.
